Dear partner,

Since I started working in packaging in 1978, what I have valued most is the people who continue to trust me. I have worked with many of them for more than ten years. We have come to understand each other’s work, and our conversations have become more direct, more personal.

When a customer comes back, it means a great deal to me. I appreciate their trust and feel responsible for continuing to earn it. However long we have known each other, I never take it for granted.
