For questions about personal data or to exercise your rights, contact us using the details above.

What information is used?

Contact form: when you select “Send my enquiry”, your name, company, email, optional phone number, sector, quantity and message are sent to the server and forwarded by email to info@amvryssos.gr. The form does not store the content in a website database.

Email or phone: we use the information you choose to share about your enquiry and communication needs.

Technical information: the hosting infrastructure may log your IP address, access time, requested page and browser information. To limit abusive submissions, the form stores a hashed IP identifier and attempt time on the server, without the enquiry content.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. The form cannot be submitted without them. Please do not provide health data, identity-document details or other sensitive information that is not needed for a quote.

For what purposes and on what basis?

  • Responding and quoting: preparing a business relationship at your request when you are the contracting person. For communication with business representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
  • Orders and service: performing a contract or managing the related business relationship, depending on your role.
  • Legal obligations: keeping information required by tax and other applicable legislation.
  • Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its contact service.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to advertising messages. The form does not perform automated customer assessment or profiling.

Who may receive your information?

Depending on the enquiry, access may be needed by the people in our business serving you, hosting and email providers, and partners required to fulfil an order or legal obligations, such as carriers and accounting support. Only information necessary for the relevant purpose is shared.

Hosting, email services, any subprocessors and any transfers outside the EEA must be confirmed for the final version of this policy. You can request information about recipients and applicable safeguards at info@amvryssos.gr.

How long is it retained?

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, develop a quote and support any resulting business relationship. Information related to orders, legal obligations or claims is retained for the corresponding required period. Specific retention periods for email, logs and backups are awaiting confirmation.

The submission-limiting mechanism uses a 24-hour window. Older entries are deleted on the next valid submission attempt. They contain no name, email or message.

Cookies and external services

In this version, the website code does not install analytics or advertising cookies and does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from the website itself. Cookies set by the hosting infrastructure require separate confirmation.

External websites have their own policies.

What are your rights?

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to info@amvryssos.gr. Reasonable identity verification may be required to protect you. Requests are handled in accordance with the deadlines and conditions of the GDPR.
